My Manifesto: The Incoherent Ramblings of a Madman

I'm going to be attempting *insert emotive classical music here* the following:

Tabata Protocol

1) For twenty seconds, do as many repetitions as possible with a piss-small weight
2) Rest for ten seconds
3) Repeat several more times until you cannot even lift yourself up!
4) Be carried away by vultures that have been circling your dying body for the past 5 mins.

I'll see how it all ends up. My last few attempts have been body weight exercises - today i'm trying actual weights.
