Move along to the links above! There's nothing to see here!

God (when i say God, i could very well be refering to Allah/Buddha/Beelzebub or whatever deity you feel free to worship) knows what the hell i'm likely to write in my blog...i've never had a blog before, never really felt the need to have a blog - come to think of it, it's only from shear boredom i'm even creating this monster!

I sit here exhausted.

It has been a long week - they all have - and yet at the same time this year has gone by in a flash.

At work I am having to deal with Carlo - a person who we have a set agreement with but I have never been able to actually contact in person more than the two initial meetings. He rings constantly and leaves a message to tell me that he is "concerned" that I am not working on his "project". I am "concerned" that he is meant to be doing half the work for me, but refuses to tell me who he has spoken to, what they have told him, and what he is doing. I am like a chicken running around with it's head off not knowing what direction I am going in because he refuses to tell me what he has/hasn't done and what I am meant to be doing for him!

The quality assurance stuff is getting worse and worse, however, the Bourke bridge repainting contract is looking up and up. Sure I'll still get posted in Bourke for 6 months on and off - but it looks like it's going to turn out Ok in the end.

Today is the day they have captured Sadaam Hussein. call me crazy - but this is a man they have already killed 4 times (last time I cared to listen) - so I am doubtful. Even if they have captured him, I don't really see what they can do with him. Milosovich (excuse the spelling), Hitler, Bush; to name but a few are all ruthless war mongering leaders - but none of them have ever been made accountable for their actions.

My new mobile phone is going to send me into bankruptcy if I continue to use it at the current rate. Everyone seems to message me and use it like icq/msn/y!/aol messenger - the only difference is the abovementioned programs are all free to message people (at this stage at least), but sms'ing isn't.

Ah well - I guess I knew this would happen.

Bed time for me - I swear I have aged a million years this week.
