The Big Plan
The creation of the new vision

In the beginning there was the plan
and then came the assumptions
and the assumptions were without form
and the plan was completely without substance.

And they spake unto their supervisors saying
"it is a load of shit and it stinketh"

And the supervisors went unto their managers and sayeth:
"It is a pail of dung and none may abide the odour thereof"

And the managers went unto their regional manager and sayeth to him:
"It is a container of excrement and it is very strong such that mome here may abide it"

And the regional managers went unto their department head and sayeth to him:
"It is a vessel of fertiliser and none can abide its strength"

And the department head went to the state manager and sayeth unto him:
"It contains which aids plant growth and it is very strong"

And the state manager went to the chief manager and sayeth unto him:
"It promoteth growth and it is very powerful"

The chief manager went unto the managing director and sayeth unto him:
The powerful new plan will actively promote growth and efficiency"

And the managing director looked on the plan
And saw that it was good

And in time the plan became policy!
