God (when i say God, i could very well be refering to Allah/Buddha/Beelzebub or whatever deity you feel free to worship) knows what the hell i'm likely to write in my blog...i've never had a blog before, never really felt the need to have a blog - come to think of it, it's only from shear boredom i'm even creating this monster!

I think I'm either:
1. getting more unfit;
2. training harder without realising it;
3. it's getting much more humid each week;
4. over training; or
5. not eating enough food to fuel my body.
For my sake I hope it's option 3.
